• [Regarding the effect "You can Tribute 1 other Effect Monster; you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except WATER Synchro Monsters, also Special Summon up to 3 "Ice Barrier Tokens" (Aqua/WATER/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0), and if you do, increase this card's Level by the same number."
