Card Rulings:Needle Ball
OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Needle Ball" is a Trigger Effect that activates on the field. (The effect does not target. You have the option to activate the effect if "Needle Ball" is flipped face-up. The effect can also be activated during the Damage Step. Paying 2000 Life Points is the cost to activate the effect.)[1]
Previously Official Rulings
These TCG rulings were issued by Upper Deck Entertainment and have since been declared unofficial by Konami.[2] They were previously considered official and can still be correct, as long as they follow the official gameplay rules, or unless Konami has issued a ruling that says otherwise.
