OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that banishes a card from your opponent's GY is a Quick Effect. (It does not target. Also, it cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
• This effect targets 1 card in your opponent's GY. Also, sending a FIRE monster from your hand to the GY is the cost to activate this effect.)
• This card's effect that sends a FIRE monster with 200 or less DEF from your Deck to the GY is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Monster Zone. (It does not target.)
