• Q: If I have no "Raidraptor" monsters that are banished face-up, but have "Raidraptor" monsters banished face-down, can I activate the effect of "Raidraptor - Final Fortress Falcon" that returns banished "Raidraptor" monsters to the Graveyard?

A: The effect of "Raidraptor - Final Fortress Falcon" that returns your banished "Raidraptor" monsters to the Graveyard only returns face-up monsters. Therefore, if you do not have at least 1 face-up banished "Raidraptor" monster, you cannot activate the effect of "Raidraptor - Final Fortress Falcon".
