- Q: Can the two effects of "Red-Eyes Fang with Chain" be activated and resolved at the same time?
- A: No, they cannot. First, when "Red-Eyes Fang with Chain" is activated, its effect equips it to the targeted monster. By doing so, while "Red-Eyes Fang with Chain" is an Equip Card, you can send it to the Graveyard to activate its second effect.[1]
