Card Rulings:Reversible Beetle
OCG Rulings
- This card's effect that changes all monsters in its column to face-down Defense Position is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)[1]
- This effect must be activated when "Reversible Beetle" is Normal or Special Summoned face-up. (It can activate during the Damage Step.)[1]
- This card's effect that returns it and all face-up monsters in its column to the Deck is a Trigger Effect that activates when this card is flipped face-up. (It does not target, and can activate during the Damage Step.)[1]
- Even if a face-down "Reversible Beetle" is flipped face-up by an attack and destroyed by battle, its effect will activate, but "Reversible Beetle" itself will not be returned to the Deck. (All other face-up monsters in its column return to the Deck normally.)[1]
