• [Regarding the effect "If "Visas Starfrost" is on the field: Target 1 Effect Monster on the field; shuffle that target into the Deck, and if you do, during the End Phase of this turn, its owner can add 1 monster from their Deck to their hand with a different Type and a lower Level than the shuffled monster's Level/Rank/Link Rating."
  • It is the effect applied when this card's activation resolves.
  • The activation condition "If "Visas Starfrost" is on the field" is fulfilled if "Visas Starfrost" is face-up in your Monster Zone or Spell & Trap Zone.
  • It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
  • When resolving this effect, return the targeted monster to the Deck. Also, if the targeted monster successfully returned to the Deck (or Extra Deck), the owner of that monster can add 1 monster from their Deck to their hand with a different Type and lower Level than that monster's Level/Rank/Link Rating.
