OCG Rulings

    • This card can only be activated by activating its first effect as part of the same Chain Link.
    • It can also be activated during the Damage Step.
  • [Regarding the text "Destroy this card during your 3rd Standby Phase after activation."[1]
    • It is not treated as a card effect.
    • Destroying this card this way does not start a Chain.
  • [Regarding the effect "If face-up Synchro Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect: Activate this card by targeting 1 of them; Special Summon 1 Tuner and any number of non-Tuners from your GY, whose total Levels equal that monster's Level, and if you do, they cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn."[1]
    • This effect starts a Chain and can be activated in the Spell & Trap Zone.
    • When resolving this effect, Special Summon 1 Tuner monster and 1 or more non-Tuner monsters from your GY whose total Levels equal the targeted monster's Level. The monsters Special Summoned by this effect are Special Summoned with the effect "cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn" immediately applied to them.
    • If a monster Special Summoned by this effect leaves the Monster Zone or becomes face-down, the effect "cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn" will no longer be applied to it.
  • [Regarding the effect "Neither player can Synchro Summon."[1]
    • This effect does not start a Chain and applies while this card is face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone.
    • While this effect is applied, neither player can perform a Synchro Summon, including a Special Summon treated as a Synchro Summon.
