• The effect of this card that Special Summons a “Vendread” monster from your Graveyard and adds a Ritual Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand is the effect applied when this card resolves. (This effect targets a total of 2 cards; 1 “Vendread” monster in your Graveyard and 1 Ritual Spell Card in your Graveyard. Discarding a card is the cost to activate this card. Also, you cannot activate this card during the Damage Step.)
• Special Summoning the targeted “Vendread” monster from your Graveyard and adding the targeted Ritual Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand happen simultaneously.
• The effect of this card that shuffles 5 of your banished Zombie-Type monsters into the Deck and draws 1 card is an effect that activates in the Graveyard and starts a Chain. (It targets 5 of your banished Zombie-Type monsters. Banishing this card from your Graveyard is the cost to activate this effect. You cannot activate this effect during the Damage Step.)
• Shuffling the banished Zombie-Type monsters into the Deck and drawing 1 card do not happen simultaneously.
