OCG Rulings

  • The effect of "Windaar, Sage of Gusto" is a Trigger Effect.[1]
  • This effect targets 1 Level 3 or lower "Gusto" monster in your Graveyard.[1]
  • This effect can optionally be activated at the end of the Damage Step in which "Windaar, Sage of Gusto" destroyed an opponent's monster by battle and sent it to the Graveyard.[1]
  • This effect cannot be activated if "Windaar, Sage of Gusto" battles a monster with the same ATK and both monsters are destroyed.[1]
