OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that Special Summons a "Witchcrafter" monster from your GY is the effect that is applied by activating this card. (It targets 1 "Witchcrafter" monster in your GY.)
• This card's effect that adds it from your GY to your hand starts a Chain and activates in the GY. (It does not target.)
• This effect can be activated during your own End Phase if this card is present in your GY and a "Witchcrafter" monster is face-up in your Monster Zone. (However, you cannot activate this effect during the turn you activated a "Witchcrafter Holiday".)
• When resolving this card's effect that adds it to your hand, even if you no longer have a "Witchcrafter" monster face-up in your Monster Zone, the effect is applied normally.
