if my friend monster reborns my monster on his side of the field and i activate compulsory evacuation device does the monster go to my hand of my opponents hand. 

    It goes to your hand because it says "owner's hand", not "controller's hand".Pwnageful 23:29, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

  • When a monster attacks, and this card is activated, the attack is negated
