- This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Kaiser Sea Horse" and "The First Monarch".
- You can get around the Tribute requirements for this card by sending it to the Graveyard and Special Summoning it with "The Shallow Grave".
- You can strengthen this card by sending "Worm" Monsters to the Graveyard with "Snake Rain".
- Assuming this is used in an all "Worm" deck, use "Light of Intervention" or "Swords of Revealing Light" to increase this card's destroying ability.
- This card can be searched by "Shining Angel", then flipped face-down for his effect with "Book of Moon".
- Next to "Worm Zero" this card is potentially the most powerful of all "Worm" monsters. (There's a reason why it's called "Worm Victory"). Its effect to wipe out all opposing monsters is useful and it can raise its ATK to immense levels.
- Use "Worm Call" to set this card immediately. Then you can Normal Summon "Worm Barses" to use it's effect right away.
- If this card is in your Graveyard, you can use "The Shallow Grave" to set this card and then, use the "Book of Taiyou" to use his flip effect.
- Activate "Book of Eclipse" on your opponent's turn, and flip "Worm Victory" on your turn to destroy all your opponent's monsters and protect your non-worm monsters from the destruction effect.
- If the card "Acid Trap Hole" is played on this card, the FLIP effect of this card activates while this monster is returned to face-down. This could act like a nasty little "Dark Hole" for an opponent that is not expecting it. Especially if they have to later attack it to get rid of it. Because "Acid Trap Hole" is a Trap Card, you can use it whenever you wish. Including during your opponent's End phase or Battle Phase.

- This card can be searched by "Last Will".
- If you use "Future Fusion" to summon a "Worm Zero" by sending many "Worms" to the Graveyard, summon this card and you'll have a monster with an incredibly high ATK.
