Taking advantage of Fire Hand[edit]

If the only card you control is Earthbound Immortal Assla Piscu, and you destroy an opponent's Fire Hand with a spell/trap effect (such as Bottomless Trap Hole), your opponent MUST destroy your Earthbound Immortal. Because Fire Hand's "Target one monster your opponent controls: destroy that target" effect is mandatory, and you control no other monsters, Fire Hand would have to destroy your Earthbound Immortal and blow your opponent's field. Since Fire and Ice hand are becoming very popular in the current meta, you will probably run into this a lot. Another thing to keep in mind is that once your opponent realizes that you are playing Earthbound Immortals, he may put Fire and Ice hand from his side deck to his main deck for the rest of the match, luring him to this trap. Even if that doesn't work, having just an Earthbound Immortal makes you invulnerable to attacks unless he has a way around it.Cardsmith (talkcontribs) 21:12, September 4, 2014 (UTC)
