Card Tips talk:Holactie the Creator of Light

I would like to point out in the tips section, under "Countering Holactie" it states that you can force your opponent to special summon Holactie to your side of the field if you control Thunder King Rai-Oh, or Mistake. However, the wording on those cards states that neither player can add cards "from THEIR deck to THEIR hand" technically, lullaby of obedience does not add from a player's deck to their own deck. Basically it adds from your OPPONENT'S deck to YOUR hand. I could not find a ruling about this. Hopefully someone can clarify this.
