If this card is used to revive Gigaplant, who is then Normal Summoned on your next turn does Miracle Fertilizer continue to recognize it as a monster summoned by it's effect. No, Gigaplant; if normal summoned on the next turn after it is special summoned, the effect of Miracle Fertilizer on it will be reset and it will no longer recognized as a monster summoned by its effect, the same goes with monsters who have been flipped face-down.
