  • This could be viewed as an homage to the Castlevania series of video games, which are made by Konami and frequently feature Dracula as a main antagonist.

• In its debut in the Japanese version of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX anime, Vellian Crowler suggests that this card is Forbidden, making it the second Forbidden Field Spell Card in the anime after "Golden Castle of Stromberg".
