When you have on the field a Prime Material Dragon and you oponnent a BROS when you oponnent activate a card to make damage for example just dessers what occur in that moment?
the effect of the dragon is activated and make it in life points.. but BROS make that increase in decrease and then the dragon.. well... what really happen?
thanks

All continious effect can only apply itself ONCE on each event in the chain.
There will be no endless loop. If you got simochi and the dragon this will happen:
If you get damage, it will be changed to life and switched back to damage, and vice versa.
So if both cards are on the field thair effects will "negate" (nullify would be the better word i think) each other.
