- No, you can't. That's because the monster you are attempting to Xyz Summon is declared/chosen before overlaying the Material. If it's of a different Attribute, the game won't allow you to Summon it, even though the Statues won't be face-up on the field during the Summon. MadRest 19:16, August 10, 2012 (UTC)
