1)if i attack a monster in the defense and i take battle damage can i special summon tragoedia from my hand and attack again since iam in my battle phras. 2)and can u special summon two tragoedia at the same time too
1) Yes, you can attack the defense monster with Tragoedia.
2) No. From Card Rulings:Tragoedia page:
- "Tragoedia"'s effect activates at the same time that "Spirit Reaper", "Don Zaloog", and "Airknight Parshath" activate. "Tragoedia"'s effect would be activated in chain to one of these effect, so you would Special Summon "Tragoedia" and then resolve the other effect.
See also for the same situation if you have "Tragoedia" and "Gorz the Emissary of Darkness":
- If you have both "Tragoedia" and "Gorz the Emissary of Darkness" in your hand, you cannot Special Summon both when you receive a direct attack. You can only activate one. --Blackwings0605 14:23, September 11, 2009 (UTC)
