Can I activate Beast Riser's effect during the battle phase/damage step or during my opponent's turn? Also can its effect be chained to a card such as Bottomless Trap Hole or Dimensional Prison? Scipik (talk • contribs) 20:39, July 24, 2010 (UTC)
The card says "once per turn" and modifies the atk of a monster...so, I believe it can be activate at anytime including the damage step. Yes you can chain it to bottomless or Prison. You can chain it to any speed 2 card. MobiusxXx (talk • contribs) 21:48, July 24, 2010 (UTC)
