me personally...i think you've got too many unneeded monsters. in a beat down deck you're bound to have the stronger attacking monsters so there's no need for you to have spirit reaper and marshmallon. night assailant and man eater bug is also unnecessary as well with 'lots' of other cards in your current deck. seems like you dont go by the advanced format since you have monster reborn, so i'll give you a traditional format deck to try out. remember your cards should focus on clearing the opponent's field as quickly as possible in order to provide for the full potential of the monsters. monsters should also be summoned to the field as quickly as possible.

I know this deck is very different from the deck I started with but stick with me. Giant Orc, Grepher and Knight are the opening moves of this deck to set up for a Dark Armed/Cauis or Raiza. You may notice that this deck has small elements of the macro engine for this porpose, beatdown and swarm. Actually this looks like quite standard as Monarch/DAD. Although not a beatdown but it is the first idea in my head. This could be about £900-1500.

Changes

Try the cyber valley build to draw very quickly by adding 3 valley , 1 machine duplication and 2-3 nercogarner wif 2 amagedon knight as combo to sent cards down to grave quickly. Add crush card virus while removing all monarch and frog and DMOC and giant orc. DMOC and premature are banned while monarchs and frog dont fit in dark armed deck. Add 1-2 Plasma and scapegoat(optional) can try adding strike ninja and sanga. D.D survivor is not gd too try d.d crow if u wan .
