Can i fuse cyber dragon fusions with subsitute fusion material monsters like: the light hex sealed fusion, or king of the swamp?
No you cant they all say(except for Chimeratech Overdragon) "A fusion summon of this card can only be conducted with the above fusion material monsters" Which means NO Fusion Substitute Monsters. You can however use cards that change there name like Elemental Hero Prisma and Neo-Spacian Dark Panther for the cyber dragon fusions.Skavinger 06:12, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

Yes you can, but ONLY by using the Light-Hex Sealed Fusion's 2nd effect. where you do not need to use "polymerization".
