Here's the idea, let me explain the choice of cards:

  • Dark Simorgh is the ace of this deck. It has a great effect and never really dies. I run two because it can be a dead draw on the first turn.
  • Blackwings are here for the swarm, and syncho summoning will get DARKs in the grave. They're also pretty powerful by themselves.
  • Armed Dragons are here for swiftly sending wind spent WIND dragons into the grave, and their discarding effects are ideal for getting monsters into the grave.
  • D.D. Crow gets a DARK Winged Beast (practially made for this deck) in the grave for Simorgh.
  • Gorz and Breaker are here because they are DARK, and they are essential in most decks.
  • Level Conversion and Level Up! are here to help Armed Dragon evolve, and since they will be tributed alot, they'll be in the grave all the time. Then Level Conversion will revive them to be tributed, defend, or attack.
  • Burial from a D.D. are here to help replenish the grave because Simorgh will be removing dead monsters alot.
  • Allure is in here for draw power, obviusly.
  • Icarus Attack is a great card that gets cards in the in the grave and destroys cards. What a deal!
  • Return from the D.D. can special summon all removed monsters removed by Dark Simorgh and possibly create an OTK. I love you, OTK.

Ok, thats all folks. I think I explained everything well. Any thought are welcomed. Blue-Eyes White Boy 23:48, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

This deck is great! I'd rate it 10 out of 10. And uhh, do have those cards? They were only released in OCG, especially Dark Simorgh...UltraSynchron 05:18, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

In my opinion, this deck rocks. I've planned on creating a deck similar to yours but eventually i dint't... Your deck is already peeerfect! I dont see any needs to change any thing in it. :) Kznightmare 14:47, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Why thank you. But really, no edits?

It's already that strong. But try putting The Tricky, i think it'll work since its effect allows you to put cards in your graveyard (think of dead draws)..UltraSynchron 06:51, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Good idea! I'll try one Tricky for now. I play tested this deck and found Level Modulation was a huge dead draw. Also, I messed around with my spells. Please tell me what to take out, because I have 42 cards total. Thanks,

And uhh, you may want to put just 2 copies of Level Up!,and then try using Giant Trunade in combination with Dark Simorgh. I think that'll work, when your opponent has set Spells/Traps on his field. And then maybe replacing one Solemn Judgment with Nobleman of Crossout, just in case your opponent sets a monster on the field.UltraSynchron 05:08, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
