When you place a decoy dragon faced down and it is attacked, does its effect activate when it is flipped face up? All it says "when it is selected as an attack target..."
Card Rulings:Decoy Dragon says that ""Decoy Dragon" must be face-up at the time it is declared as the target of your opponent's attacking monster or its effect will not activate.", so it will not be able to use its effect if it was face-down. --Bluedog (Talk) 04:25, October 7, 2009 (UTC)
