Can you still use Charge of Light Brigade and Honest if you have Dimensional Fissure/Macro Cosmo on the field?
If you can't why do you still mill? Doesn't it say it goes to the graveyard?
I believe not; you can't use them because the card whose effects you named are costs. Milling still works because it is a card's effect to send cards out of play. Basically, If it's a cost, it won't work. If it's an effect, it will. Sabre Knight 22:20, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
- Correct. If you cannot send the card to the graveyard, it cannot be activated, so you cannot pay the activation cost. On the flip side, cards sent to the graveyard are removed from play.
