so a small question that i probably already know the answer to, yet i want to make sure for myself, when in the card lore of Divine dragon aquabizzare it states that it can target another water monster and tribute it for its effect, does it necessarily mean that it cannot target itself for its effect? thanks if you can help French Horus (talk • contribs) 22:27, November 7, 2010 (UTC)
