If Evilswarm Zahak were to be taken control of via Change of Heart, Tragoedia, etc. would that affect the activation of destroying a monster? Due to the effect statement (since this has not been brought up to my attention in the rulings area) "...this face-up card you control is destroyed by your opponent's..." (Zahak), I am assuming that it would not activate to destroy a level five or higher monster since Zahak would activate in the owner's graveyard when it was destroyed by owner's own monsters.
