Hello everyone.

I'd like clarification on Fiber Jar's effect vs Necrovalley.

If Necrovalley is on the field, and Fiber Jar is flipped, does it completely negate the effect of Fiber Jar

or does it only prevent cards from the graveyard from being added to the deck?
