fog king!?
fogking? why him? he prevents you from tribute summoning. and whats a monarch deck without tribute summoning? unless you run a kuraz combo to revive him and draw cards, he is not good, unless you have a reason. ok, i'd replace double summon with ultimate offering, but thats just my opinion. and with samsara kaiser, you could use this combo i just thought of now: snipe hunter, samsara, limit reverse. discard samsara and destroy a free card, limit reverse him, tribute him for a monarch maybe, destroy another card(s), and he goes back up to ur hand. ok, now i dont know if this would work, i havent played it yet, sorry.
maybe pot of av would help getting the giant germs back to ur deck replace traphole with torrential or another bth
