Forum:Help with champship

Hi everyone. I have a small problem here. I'm Hungarian and like to play the game and watch the anime, but only me and 5 other guy plays this game where i live, in a small village with about 2000 people. So it gets really dull when you play against the same enemy day by day, knowing all his/her tricks and cards. I was thinking about participating into the regional champships and after that, i would like to join the world championship... but can i? I live in Hungary... can i participate at all?
