Forum:Horus Decree/ Hopeless Build.

I myself am new back into the metagame, and have posted two casual decks I used to play. But im still like not that known into a ton of the new cards.

But I used to love using Horus The Black Flame Dragon. Like it was a sweet when it came to a control deck. Then I have always been a fan of dragons so I was wondering is someone could help give me a rough list of how to build a deck incoorporating Horus decree, and hopeless dragons.
