1. Can you have a level 0 monster? Lets say you have a legendary ocean and a lv 1 water monster.
2. Can you have a monster with over 12 levels?
- 1) No! A monster's LV can't go below from 1. A LV1 Water monster will remain at LV1 even if A Legendary Ocean is on the field.
- 2) Yes you can!
