friend of mine and me are dueling, i special summon a monster and he activates ice's effect, but were not sure of ice's effect can be used on either players turn. Lenku 20:11, February 16, 2010 (UTC)
You can only activate the effect during the controlling players main phase 1 or 2~-82.11.158.0 22:35, February 16, 2010 (UTC)
