Lonefire Bloss card states that you can only use its effect ONCE PER TURN. Does this also count if you tribute it and special summon it from your graveyard?
Example:
Player A summons lonefire
Tributes for Copy Plant
Player A then activates Monster Reborn: Special Summon Lonefire
Lonefire tributes for Botanical Lion
End turn
- Generally if the monster has been removed from the field, but then brought back for some reason the effect can be used again. So I assume that you can activate Lonefire's effect again. -- Sub 22:48, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
That is what I figure but I was sitting and read Lonefire and The words "ONCE PER TURN" was making me think
Lonefire's Once per turn effect only activates as long as the card is on the field but since lonefire was special summoned from grave basically you still can use its effect. Xeattle02 03:16, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
