Okay what I'm looking for is a card used alot in decks ( past or present ) that was rarely seen and when was seen either couldn't be played do to the conditions or just cus it would be worthless... o.o I can't name one but I want to see what you guys name.
Here are some ideas...
DAD, JD, Plaguespreader, Stardust, Goyo, Malicious, D-Draw, & Emergency Teleports, just to name a few. I'm listing these cards in terms of their overabused status.

I would say (and keep in mind the only thing I know anything about is original yugioh) that monster reborn would be a very used card. I am not sure about an over rated card though..

D.D. Warrior Lady and Sangan, Oh and, Cyber Dragon. Why? Im sick of practically EVERYONE using it, which is the reason as to why I dont use it in my deck. And for some reason, I always manage to get imperial iron wall before the time someone uses D.D. Warrior Lady... Shoukatsuryou
