Forum:Old Promo Summoned Skull, anyone else have one?

So I've had this Summoned Skull card for a long time, and I've never seen any info about it. The gallery here doesn't even feature it.

Details about the card:
-I don't remember exactly, but Kids WB (ah memories) had a promotion before Yu-gi-oh started airing. I signed up online, and weeks (maybe months, can't remember) later, got this card. Sadly, I was only 11 and stupid and didn't realize that keeping the letter that came with this card would have been of any importance in the future, so I tossed it, simply happy that I had a Yu-Gi-Oh card before any of my friends did :(
-The front has a glossy finish on the front and a slightly glossy finish on back, like the Japanese cards do (or did, I haven't bought any in a while). I've never come across another English card that has this gloss.
-The description text has less spacing and only takes up two lines, like the SAMPLE card.
-It is branded as SDY-004 just like the SAMPLE one.
-It has no square hologram in the lower right corner, but I know this card is authentic.
-It's non-holographic.

I don't own the SAMPLE card, so I'm not sure if it has the gloss as well, it probably does, judging by all the similarities.

So nothing spectacular really, but it must be some sort of prototype, or misprint when they were making the SAMPLE cards or the Yugi starter deck. I just really want to know if anyone else has this card, or a similar one from Kids WB.
