I just saw a picture of 3 boxes of unreleased pack. I understand that some people can get packs before shelf dates but it is EXTREMELY earlier than the shelf dates so how in the world and/or where in the world were these out/located. They most likely would be a Konami teaser or someone who works there may have leaked it.
If someone actually had the packs imagine the trouble they could get in.
A store sold a Harry Potter book a week early by mistake, the store was rejected from ever selling stuff from that particular brand again and anyone that had the book had to sign something saying they wouldn't talk about it, write about it, read it or even look at it.
