Here is the scenario, I have a face up Scrubbed Raid on my side of the field then i activated a royal decree. during the battle phase of my opponents turn can i send decree to the grave? because it only negates the effects of trap cards on the field not the 'cost'? thanks!--180.194.250.211 (talk) 22:18, June 10, 2011 (UTC)
it doesn't prevent activation, so you can send decree to the grave as a cost and resolve normaly. -dest- (talk • contribs) 22:59, June 10, 2011 (UTC)
