OK I FOUND IT
AFTER SEARCHING I FOUND A PERFECT SITE FOR PRICING CARDS AND THEY ARE UP TO DATE YUGICO.COM
Not the best
that site isn't really the best for prices. Basically take any value it says and cut it in half and you'll get the pratical value of the card
