- Yes, and it's why I don't think Blackwings can be considered dead yet. Even without 3 Gales, they still have 3 Shuras and 3 Black Whirlwinds to yank Gale out of the deck. Also, Blizzard, which can revive it, is still at 3. Runer5h 16:00, September 1, 2009 (UTC)Runer5h
gale the whirlwind
gale was not limited solely due to its role in a blackwing deck. It's just completely broken. plop it, shrink a stardust or a goyo or something, then synchro for a monster, probably a goyo of your own, and swing. now you have 2 goyos on the field. its retarded. 3 of them in a deck is just insane. it's one of the most broken monsters in the game at 3. 3 star tuner, amazing effect and decent attack to back it up. Black wings had barely anything to do with the limit of this monster. It's just plain broken.
The paragraph above speaks the truth. I use a basic DARK-attribute deck, and Gale the Whirlwind fits into it perfectly. Almost any deck could work well with it, really. A permanent, better version of Shrink rolled up into a LV 3 tuner monster? Awesome!! ....yet totally broken. XD ~ElectroBlade
I agree whit the 2 above when gale was at 3 any deck could use it verry well but now it is at one it can only be used to full extent in back wing decks while other deck need luck to get it out of the deck Knightofwhitedragon 07:29, September 5, 2009 (UTC)
