my opponent used stamping destruction to destroy one of my set waboku on the field. and i activated waboku. would i still get 500 damage from stamping destruction since i already activated the card he wanted to destroy?DarkJinzo 03:18, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

no...

if u chain anything to stamping destruction, it's effect isn't valid because once u chain something to a card like that, the chained card is already destroyed...

example: if u use giant trunade, did u even wonder why giant trunade didn't go back to ur hand...

because any card that is already acticated is already considered destroyed...

It's actually in the process of destroying itself - the actual destruction doesn't take place until the end of the chain. It can't return to the hand/deck, but it can still be destroyed by other cards.
In your example, "Stamping Destruction" would still destroy "Waboku" and inflict 500 damage, since "Waboku" is still on the field. --Deus Ex Machina 03:58, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
