Hi, i've been wondering this for a while now...can Stardust Dragon negate the "My Buddy as a Shield" effect of the six samurai? Let's suppose...
Player A) Have a Great Shogun Shien, TSS - Yaichi and TSS - Zanji on his side of the field Player B) Synchro summon Stardust Dragon and attack TSS - Zanji Player A) Activates Zanji eff to destroy Yaichi Player B) Tributes Stardust to negate and destroy zanji
So both Zanji an Yaichi are destroyed? and...
Player A) Have Stardust Dragon on his side of the field Player B) Have TSS - Yaichi, normal summons TSS - Zanji and Special summon Great Shogun Shien. He declares an attack with GSS to Stardust
and activates GSS to destroy Yaichi instead
Player A) Activates Stardust eff to negate and destroy GSS
So both Yaichi and GSS are destroyed and stardust survives?

look at the pages of six sam cards. There you'll see that those "destroy x instead of y" effects are continous. That means, they do not start a chain and so there is nothing stardust could chain to. So, no, that doesn't work. -dest- (talk • contribs) 22:15, December 12, 2010 (UTC)
