Broken Bamboo Sword? I just saw this card in an Ojama Deck a few entries below, but it seems completely useless. I'm sure there's a possible strategy you could use it in but right now I don't see any use for it in a deck.Roronoazoro 14:34, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- You equip Broken Bamboo Sword to a monster then activate Golden Bamboo Sword,which lets you draw 2 cards. It's a great way to get draw power in some OTK/FTK decks. 174.1.104.45 14:56, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
Konami made the card to keep us on our toes, and help us to believe that there MIGHT be a slight chance of more "Bamboo Sword" cards to be released eventually. But yes, it is a somewhat speedy draw engine, when combined with Royal Magical Library.--Akiza Izayoi 15:44, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
it's mainly used in exodia OTK/FTK and Magiacal Explosion OTK/FTK (as said above, but I thought some specific examples would be nice)--Littledj25 08:32, June 17, 2010 (UTC)
It's a useful card in some equip based decks. It may not give any sort of an ATK boost to the monster, but cards like Ben Kei and Morphtronic Videon gain useful effects from the number of equips. It can also work I suppose in an equip based gemini deck, purely as an equip for cards like Evocator to send to the grave for its destruction effect.
