Many many years ago, I opened up a booster pack. I'm talking old school here, in a pack of the same generation I got the Red Eyes Black Dragon thing with 3200 Attack. Now I've kept this card in double sheets until I finally figured I'd dig it out and ask.

In the event you can't see the picture, it is a card with black, yellow, red and blue vertical stripes. Just those four colors, and four lines going from top to bottom taking up the entire front of the card. The back is normal.
