I'm playing an online game of yugioh and I'm trying to build a Wisel deck. Here it is.

One for One is perfect for the cores, but it's limited. Sangan also searches them (and all other parts of Wisel and Skiel if I remember right, but I don't remember if the Emperor's base stats are 0 or ?). PHASE (talk • contribs) 16:48, July 9, 2010 (UTC)
