Xyz Territory makes you think in your mind that Xyz Monsters are finally getting some support for having high Rank, other than showing that high Rank means good effects. It's like that you finally summoned a monster such as Super Dreadnought Cannon Express Gustaph Max, and that it could only inflict 2000 points of damage without a drawback. Sure, 3000 ATK is fairly reasonable, but nowadays other monsters can gain ATK somewhere close.

- I doubt that it will be largely used. It has a effect that let's you protect it from MSTs, for example (every Field Spell should have a protection effect...), but it requires that you detach Xyz Materials from your Xyz Monster. That is not good even if we had an effect that "re-charge" your Xyz Materials (if you are using Gem-Knight Pearl, that is not a problem, however). I do not see how it is a bad card most field spells don't have any form of protection.

- I've said it before: Xyz Monsters are generally defensive. The most-used ones have effects to prevent losses and increase your own field presence. This card could be useful in a Deck with lots of instant Xyzs, destructive effects, and monster-effect-negation. Xyzs could be used as support for a Main Deck power engine like SalvoDAD or Twilight. 207.233.120.2 (talk) 02:40, November 10, 2011 (UTC)
