* This Monster's Fusion Material seems to be similar to that of [[Evil Hero Malicious Fiend]] which would make this card a [[Neos]] version of [[Evil Hero Malicious Fiend]] by way of Fusion material. [[Elemental Hero Neos Knight]] being a Warrior-Type Fusion of 2 Warrior-Type Monsters requires [[Elemental Hero Neos]] and another monster of it's type to fuse with, just like [[Evil Hero Malicious Fiend]] is a Fiend-Type Fusion of 2 Fiend-Type Monsters requires [[Evil Hero Malicious Edge]] and another monster of its type that is Level 6 or higher.
*This is one of the 6 "[[Elemental Hero]]" not yet to be released in the TCG.
**The others are: "[[Elemental Hero Great Tornado]]" "[[Elemental Hero Nova Master]]" "[[Elemental Hero Escuridão]]" "[[Elemental Hero Flash]]", and "[[Elemental Hero Shadow Mist]]".
***At the moment, only Escuridão and Shadow Mist are not released yet in both TCG & OCG.
