The truth of the matter is when Athena activates her eff and tributes Archlord kristya. Archlord kristya's eff of stopping special summons is negated due to the fact that the archlord is no longer on the field. however Athena's eff of spacial summoning a fairy from the grave is negated is negated due to the fact that the cost has not been payed due to the eff or archlord kristya as atated " If this face{{Forumheader|Yu-up card would be sent from the field to the Graveyard, it returns to the top of the owner's Deck, instead"Gi-Oh! You can't Special Summon, so you can't even begin to activate the effect, so you can't send "[[Archlord Kristya]]" to the Graveyard.
