::It's true that "Tsukuyomi" hasn't shown much of an impact on the meta since its return. However, users had expressed in the past that they were getting tired of the Featured Card always being a top meta card. I'm not sure if others still feel this way, but I do. We totally missed December's card, which sucks. But I think we can try to do 1 or maybe even 2 articles in January to get some work done.
